Research and innovation of tradition with a hint of "contamination," where tradition is not a static element but rather something dynamic that evolves over time, while fully respecting the flavors, aromas, and textures of the past, to which I add a touch of originality by "contaminating" with subtle hints of flavors from other cultures.

Together with my brother Christian, to excite refined palates and educate simple ones, we study pairings capable of enhancing each individual ingredient which, despite the complexity of the proposal, must be immediately recognizable.

Each dish reveals my philosophy and the essence of my cuisine, made of passion, love, research, study, experimentation, but above all respect for the raw materials of the Campanian maritime tradition.
